Realistic Bullet Holes, afaik just adds better bumpmapping and new glass textures. FF13 guns, bugs out with ADS a bit, and you probably won't be able to use it after weapon changing, but it's a cool change. Nicer water, unconfirmed if it works on hl2rp. Explosion effect, makes grenades look sexy. Other advice I can give if you want your game to look nicer is to get addons like at a range from -1 to 2, -1 being the best quality, 2 being the Mat_picmip -1 // Higher = more mipmapping.
